The room was dated, but adequate. Breakfast was advertised, but extremely limited: coffee, one selection of cereal, or wrapped hostess danish. I only saw one employee while checking in. After that the front desk sat empty.

The concierge took a while to come in for us to check in. The bed's linen was soiled with blood. When the concierge came to see he said that the sheets were washed, and it was no problem. I insisted to change the sheet. The old man came in with a clean one. There was no staff to help. So, the old man and I made the bed. The bathroom floor was very dirty. The toilets' reems had a sticky dark yellow gunk on it. the room's foot lamp very dirty and same inside the refrigerator. In the morning my husband asked to have a bath towel change because it also had bool on it. The old man responded him that we don't belong in this hotel, and we should be in Hampton INN. Hotel that is nearby. The hotel advertises continental breakfast. But only offered small cholate chip bag, coffee, Danish pack, snack bar, and dry cereal. That is not continental breakfast.

The room was reasonably clean. Our chief complaint was not having hot water in the shower even when it was available in the sink. Our choice was between cold water and very cold water. There was no one at the desk to inform them of the situation. There was no coffee available at their breakfast bar.

OK!

Everything appeared clean. The room, bathroom and doorways are small/narrow but everything was functional. Breakfast is about as minimal as it gets. There is a nicer hotel with a better breakfast very nearby, but rate is more than double and while both hotels have in-room refrigerators the nicer hotel's lack a freezer.

Stay away. Disgusting.

. It is absolutely disgusting. . When I finally was able to explain I was checking in and got the room, I went in it and it smelled so bad of smoke and this was supposed to be a no smoking room that I could not stay. I turned the keys back in and left. He did not even offer to make it right or switch rooms. Stay away. The pictures are nothing like the hotel. Very Dirty.

Theres was nothing to like. The photos on expedia are blantly and hugely inaccurate to the actual room. The conditions wore disgusting the staff was non existent unless you rang a door bell at the front desk. The whole place was dirty, there was no continental breakfast as advertised. The fridge did not work. We didnt even dare to try the microwave in our room for fear of a fire starting. Please demolish this place and rebuild. Hire better staff as well.
