Trash overflowing in can outside the exit door for at least 3 days and left in bags under the steps in hall, made it stink. We had to turn the cold water off under the kitchen sink, it flooded underneath after getting a glass of water from it. My husband noticed it leaking around the neck.

Our overall stay, there were 7 of us, was good. The beds unfortunately are only full size and not conducive for a husband and a wife to sleep comfortably. The room was clean. There wasn't any extra toilet paper left in the bathroom, but we were able to grab some from the cleaning cart. There were plenty of towels.

Rooms are decent. Nothing special. Large stain on my sheet when I arrived. Not sure why housekeeping wouldn’t have seen that and not used that sheet when they made the bed. Rest of the room was fine. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was adequate. I wish there were more outlets to plug into. The other complaint was the absence of an elevator. I am able to climb a flight of stairs but would have preferred bringing my luggage to the room if therecwas an elevator.

What a nice stay!!!

What a delight! For this price point this was by far the best hotel we have stayed in anywhere! It may not look like much by the exterior but the food was outstanding (never said that about a hotel breakfast). Landscape well maintained, the room and dining and public areas were clean. The owners here actually care and present a wonderful retreat for travelers. Thank you for caring ;) when we roadtrip we stay somewhere over night and just need a bed and prefer a clean room. This checked all the boxes!
