There is no shuttle at all, which was a disappointment overall. The staff at the hotel, however were extremely helpful and considerate. We thought that the hotel’s location was ideal and would most definitely recommend it for its breakfast, staff and location.

Great location on eat street for Japanese food. We got an upgrade as the booked room was unavailable as it seemed it was a very busy Saturday night in Düsseldorf. Easy walk to the old town and Rhine, really enjoyed the hotel.
