Quem faz manutenção no AC no período do verão? Loucura. O cartão para entrar no quarto precisa ser ativado sempre, pois sempre não está funcionando. Muito chato isso. O argumento deles é que se o cartão estiver próximo do celular, desativa. Me mudaram de quarto (isso é um grande transtorno para mim) para fazer a manutenção do AC…, deveriam ter se organizado melhor e na deixar pra fazer tudo sem se programar e muito menos fazer manutenção do AC no verão. Pessima experiencia com esse hotel. Antecipei a minha saída e solicitei a devolução das minhas diárias, mas somente devolveram um dia. Tem outros hotéis na cidade e não pretendo me hospedar nunca mais nesse hotel. The hotel is undergoing renovations on the sixth floor. It's impossible to rest and relax peacefully with all the noise. This isn't mentioned on the side. The reception area's air conditioning wasn't working because they were doing maintenance. They should have started the maintenance during the winter, not the summer. Who does AC maintenance during the summer? It's crazy. The key card to enter the room needs to be activated constantly because it's always not working. This is very annoying. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡"
