Jangseong Hotel & Travel Guide\n
Jangseong has no Travelocity-listed accommodations itself. However, there are 3 places to rest your head that are located within a 10-mile (16-kilometer) drive.
The Holiday Inn Gwangju, South Korea, which is the closest hotel, lies 13 miles (21 kilometers) from the heart of downtown Jangseong. But, investigate the Ramada Plaza Gwangju, located in South Korea, which is 13 miles (21 kilometers) away.
The Prince Motel is approximately 15 miles (25 kilometers) outside of the town center of Jangseong. Another hotel is the Hotel France, which can be found 13 miles (21 kilometers) away. The HAVANA HOTEL and the Nox Hotel are two alternative hotel options around Jangseong.
The greater South Jeolla area is certainly worth exploring too. South Jeolla is marked by beaches, coastal plains, rivers and mountains, and other interesting attractions include castles and traditional villages. Wise visitors in this area of South Korea can enjoy mountain climbing, hiking and picnicking.
45 miles (69 kilometers) from Jangseong, you will reach Mokpo, which is where you can spend a few hours exploring Yudal Mountain and Mokpo Modern History Museum. The F1 Hotel and Hotel New Evergreen are a few of the comfortable short and long-stay alternatives in Mokpo. 14 miles (22 kilometers) to the southeast of Jangseong, you can also stay at Buk-gu, which features the Geumsoojang Tourist Hotel and Palace Tourist Hotel. The Kumho Family Land and Uijae Museum of Korean Art are some of the most frequented points of interest to get to know for those visiting Buk-gu.
Before leaving South Jeolla, you should certainly ensure you enjoy enthusiastic locals watching an exciting game. Get to Jeonju Stadium, found to the northeast of Jangseong. Wise visitors that hope to find hotels near the stadium can compare the Dukmanjae or the Hongranmiduk.
Gwangju International Airport is located 13 miles (21 kilometers) away from the town center of Jangseong. Enlightened travelers who wish to find a hotel nearby can find a room via Travelocity at the Hotel B or the Hotel The May.

UTOP Boutique Hotel & Residence
"We really enjoyed our 6 day stay. The washing machine and air-con worked so well. There were no strange noises and the coil bed was so comfortable. We slept well every night. The bathroom had a bidet which was helpful. The room itself was probably the usual size here but for us it just was enough. We had 4 bags and we had to shuffle things around whenever we opened one. Although no laundry detergent nor kitchen detergent (we supplied our own) it was still good. We also went to local Daiso (best stocked one so far on our trip) at Lotte Mart MAXX across street for done light camping dishes and cups (we brought our own chopsticks). Lotte Mart was also good for discounted sushi and sashimi after 7:30pm! The hotel loaned us a clothes dryer rack which was really appreciated. Our room was high up but try to get a room above 16 because those higher floors had 2 lifts whereas ours had only 1 lift and that meant we had to wait a bit sometimes to go up or down. I liked that you could open the tilt window to let in fresh air but we didn’t do that much. They provided 2 bottles of water every day and were able to clean our room daily if we wanted them to. Our toilet blocked twice during our stay but they have a janitor on call and he sorted it out within 10 mins. I think the first time was due to batteries going flat in the bidet remote controller as I saw him change the batteries (controller controls flushing). No toothbrushes but we had our own ones. Lots of good Korean restaurants too."
