Overall, our stay was good. We have rented MANY houses over the years so we experienced many different home comfort levels. This house is an easy 10-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Which was great for our large group. The house was clean but the bedding linens/blankets lacked quality/substance. The house also had ZERO cleaning products, laundry items, extra trash bags, ziplocs, basic cooking spices and oils. Most houses have a supply left from the previous renter so you have something to start with. It was void of the basics. The garage (game room) was full of trash from some sort of project and not especially clean. The trash/recycle service was not on the schedule provided so our trash/recycling was overflowing. The grill was unusable. The smoke detectors needed batteries replaced as they would beep randomly. On the positive side, the house is a good size in a good location. It will sleep one couple with 4 kids or 2 couples with 3 kids. That would be comfortable level. The street is quiet. It wouldn't take much to make this a really great rental. Some chip clips, dryer sheets and a new grill and you are there!
