Quiet coastal condo - walk to the beach!

Walk in & relax at this beautiful peaceful beach getaway walking distance from the serene Jacksonville Beaches. Comfort awaits from the luxury king size beds in each bedroom, to the brand new renovated kitchen and bathroom, TV's in every room, and every essential you'll need to enjoy a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Outside is a large dining table with a BBQ grill to enjoy the warm Florida breeze. You'll have beach chairs and towels provided for your stay, and the ocean is just 4 blocks away.

The Space:
2 identical LARGE rooms, each has a very comfortable memory foam king size bed, flat screen, TV, and large closets. The bathroom located between the 2 rooms is beautifully updated, with a large walk-in shower. The washer/dryer is also located in the bathroom, for your comfort and convenience. Natural light pours into the living room, and the sofa converts into a queen size bed for any additional guests. The bathroom and kitchen are FULLY stocked for all of your needs during your stay. Anything additional you may need, we're always available so please feel free to reach out.

Hosts live locally and are always happy to help or assist in any way necessary during your stay!

Guest Access:
Guest will have private access to the condo and access to the shared outdoor space in the back.

Very nice property. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms and beds are huge and comfortable. The apartment was clean. How cleaning solution was overpowering, had to open windows to vent the property. Apartments come with 2 parking spots, but in the back can be a bit challenging to get in and out if anything larger than a sedan. I would stay there again. I didn’t take any pictures.

Clean very small condo

The communication with the host was great! She answered me back right away when I had any question. Condo was small yet very clean! Comfortable beds! Had to cross a busy road to walk to the beach. Not ideal but we managed ok. The charcoal grill was in bad shape. We didn’t even use it. Cigarette butts in it and was overly used.

Great stay!

I took my mom to Jacksonville for her 60th birthday and we booked this property. Before the trip, the host was very responsive to questions I asked and was very accommodating. She had everything you would need during your stay. The house was well kept, cute, and comfortable. We took a wagon with us to haul things to the beach and it was a very quick walk over to the beach. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again if we return to Jacksonville!
