Disfrute de sus vacaciones en nuestra planta baja recientemente remodelada, frente al mar, de 2 habitaciones. Condominio de 2 baños en Amelia By The Sea. Disfruta de tener un muelle de pesca privado a solo unos pasos de tu patio trasero. La cocina tiene todos los gabinetes nuevos, encimeras de granito y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable GE. El patio da a un área de parrilla exuberante actualizada. Le encantará la conveniencia de tener la parrilla a solo unos pasos y sin necesidad de subir y bajar el elevador ... simplemente relájese en el patio con una bebida y disfrute de la vista. Gran piscina y dos canchas de tenis en esta comunidad cerrada. Traiga sus bicicletas y enciérrelas en el estante justo afuera de su puerta principal.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, ventilador, vista al mar y cortinas oscuras. No subestimes el beneficio de estas cortinas si te gusta dormir en vacaciones. El baño principal se ha actualizado para incluir un nuevo tocador doble con encimera de travertino, una ducha y nuevos pisos de baldosas.

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y una cama individual, televisión por cable, ventilador y persianas de plantación. También mantenemos sillas de playa, raquetas de tenis, una pala, refrigeradores pequeños, un vagón de playa y juguetes de playa para su uso.

La mesa de comedor redonda de vidrio es perfecta para cenas familiares y noches de juegos.

La sala de estar está frente al mar y tiene un televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, un sofá cama Queen, un sillón y una silla y una otomana ... es perfecto para relajarse.

Nuestro lugar favorito es el patio ... los asientos giratorios altos le brindan una hermosa vista del océano. Puedes pasear por la parte de atrás y estar en el muelle, en la piscina o de camino a la playa. Intenta recuperarlo al menos una mañana para ver el amanecer y buscar delfines.

La unidad también tiene una lavadora y secadora apiladas. Wi-Fi gratis . El restaurante SURF está justo al otro lado de la calle ... caminar hasta la cena y volver. Nos encanta disfrutar de la música y el ambiente informal.
También podrá disfrutar de canchas de tenis recientemente renovadas. WIFI está incluido. Tenemos 5 estaciones de carga en todo el condominio.
NO se permiten mascotas en Amelia By The Sea y esta es una unidad para NO fumadores. El estacionamiento está limitado a dos vehículos por condominio.
El encantador e histórico centro de Fernandina Beach está a solo 8 km. Disfrute visitando las tiendas exclusivas, los restaurantes elegantes y casuales y la vida nocturna.

The Perfect Beach Vacation

If you want to optimize your vacation to the beach, you must stay here. Everything was perfect. The pool, the direct beach access, the property itself. Beyond that, the property owners are excellent communicators, and just good people in general.

Perfect for family vacation!

We had such a wonderful time here. This condo is perfect and is well-stocked with everything you need. The patio opens up to direct access to the pier and grilling area. The pier was awesome for fishing and the beach is full of shells. The area is also very safe! With two kids under 9, we never felt unsafe. Having the gated community was really awesome and added extra security and privacy. Communication with the host was fantastic and everything from booking, check in, the stay and check out was very smooth with no issues. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this unit!

Great condo!

We absolutely loved this 1st floor condo. It was so easy to load/unload our vehicles and to walk out onto the pier and beach. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. We look forward to renting this one again.

Awesome Rental!!!!

This very well appointed condo’s location is unbeatable! The ground floor 2 bedroom condo is steps away from the private peer; the large well maintained pool and boardwalk to the beach beyond it were very convenient. Fishing on the pier was fun and the residents very friendly. VRBO and the condo owner were terrific. We made a great choice!

Wonderful and relaxing stay!

My husband and I had to change our travel plans only a couple of days before the trip. We were so thankful that such a lovely condo was still available at such short notice! Our goal was to have a relaxing week in a nice place and spend time at the pool and beach. That’s exactly what we got! Communication with Norah was excellent from the start and that was very appreciated! When we arrived, the condo was very clean and we had no problems with anything during our entire stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. The king bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the updated attached bathroom, especially the double vanity! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and Norah was great to work with. Thank you so much!

so relaxing!!

I live close to Myrtle Beach and it would be so easy to drive 45 minuets to Myrtle rather than 4.5 hours to Ameila Beach BUT when I tell you it was worth the drive, it really was!!! No awful tourist attractions on every block, no cars with loud music all hours if the night, no crazy beach or pool crowd (& we stayed on Memorial weekend!) The whole trip, room, location, pier, beach and pool was so clean & relaxing!!! This is now a family favorite vacation location!!! Ooohhhhhh and subsets on the PRIVATE pier are AMAZING !!!!

Perfect Getaway!

The condo was just perfect for our family trip to Fernandina. We had never been to the area before and fell in love with it. The condo is centrally located on the island and a short drive to shopping, restaurants, etc. The beach is right out the back of the condo and is beautiful! The shell and shark tooth hunting was so much fun. We will definitely be returning. Norah, the host, was a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful!!!

The condo was on the ground flour which was perfect for us. We just stepped out the door and the private pier was just a few yards away. The condo was perfect. Beautiful furnishings and The VIEW was spectacular. Watching the waves was so peaceful. This trip was special in the respect that my sister is very sick snd this might be the last time we are together like this. Wonderful memories!!

Wonderful Beach Condo

First vacation for one

This was the first time I went on vacation by myself because everyone else backed out for personal reasons. I have to say, I actually enjoyed it. Norah was such a pleasure to work with and responded right away anytime I texted. The condo was outstanding! Perfect location, quiet, clean and had that at home feel. I will absolutely 100% contact Norah for all future getaways to Amelia Island.

Mother/Daughter Getaway

My mother is 80 so I was concerned about the ease of getting her from the condo to the beach, but Norah provided great information, and it was perfect. My mother said that this was the best condo we have ever stayed in and that Norah and Paul had thought of everything!!! We had a great time and plan to go again in the very near future. I will definitely contact Norah for our next trip.

Awesome condo!

We had a wonderrful time as a family of 6. It's very close to the pier, pool and beach access. Ms Norah was so quick to respond and very helpful. Her and her husband filled the condo with fun activities that took our vacation up a notch. The wagon, chairs, boogy boards, tennis rackets, games, movies, etc were so thoughtful and much appreciated!! We'll be coming back next year!!

Excellent condo on first floor of Amelia By the Sea

I was very pleased with unit 111. My wife's (large) family has been vacationing on Amelia Island for quite a few years and at this particular complex for the last 3 years. We made some 3 bedroom reservations with another source at first of year and needed a 3rd unit on the first floor to satisfy the needs of my in-laws. This was a great find on VRBO. Competitively priced with the other units we already had and the perfect location for elderly guests as well as the convenience of a patio with easy access to the grill area and pool. One issue we've had with this particular complex is the daily chore of hauling beach gear for 6 families from higher floors, down the elevators (annoyingly slow elevators) and to the sand. This unit location gave us a convenient place to store things without crossing the property manager. The unit itself was great...I didn't stay in it myself, but my family that did had no complaints and we all spent plenty of time in and out of all the units we rented. We will definitely look at this unit again for next year's trip.
