The shaded balcony is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, furnished with a Polywood dining set for al fresco meals with the sound of the waves close by. Oceanfront views extend from the balcony into the condo itself.

The fully remodeled kitchen has quartz countertops, new cabinetry, and top-of-the-line appliances, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, plus Calphalon pots and pans, fine dishes, and crystal stemware. A dining bistro rounds out the space for meals in.

Self check-in means no key pickup required, and an elevator serves the fourth floor.

This is not a pet-friendly property. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM, with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. This is a fourth-floor unit with elevator access; the property is not wheelchair accessible. Free parking is available on premises, with no registration fee. Building B is undergoing scheduled maintenance starting September 8, 2026, with daytime construction noise Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, and possible temporary balcony access restrictions; please reach out before booking with any questions.
