The front office manager was a jerk and would not give me a receipt for a cancelled transaction on my card. The place was very outdated and run down. The AC was annoyingly loud. The access door looks were broken and not secure. The locks on the window were broken. The place stunk. I don't think the eggs were real. The exit sign for the back entrance was literally hanging from the ceiling by two wires. The fire alarm's cover in our room was popped off and inoperable. There was hair imbedded in the towels. Utterly disgusting place!!!

Staff, Sam and crew was very accommodating. The room was very quiet, I was given a first floor room which I'm very grateful, after finding out after check in there is no elevator on the property. The bed was too firm, not comfortable for either of us.

The only thing that I would change about this property and location would be all the traffic in the back where we park so to say. There was four or five vehicles back there with a bunch of men hanging out with one woman, and just watching our every move and as a woman with four kids traveling alone that kind of bothered us. We were trying to tend to our dogs that was in the trailer and they just kept walking in and around everywhere where we were. And I know this has nothing to do with the property, but maybe the owner could have made them quit just hanging out back there because it was hours that they were there. Every time we went out they were still there just hanging out and being creepy.

The sink in the bathroom was cracked, water pressure was terrible, the commode was not bolted to the floor- it rocked when you sat down- plus, it was so low to the floor you could barely get up. Was suppose to be a "handicap" room but had no bars to pull yourself up. Carpet was old and worn out in some places. Door to room did not fit...had about an half inch at top that you see daylight. Will never stay there again nor will the other 8 people that traveled with us.
