Can improve on cleanliness

Very well situated in the center of Izmir , a stone's throw from Basmane Gar ( train station) which takes you to the airport and Kültürpark ( amazing with a lot to see and do as well as an enormous colony of very friendly stray cats ) . Nice receptionist and cleaning lady . Yet they need to , when financially possible to change the mattresses s well as repairs

Der Hotelbesitzer hat von uns nochmal Geld verlangt obwohl wir online schon über Hotels.com bezahlt haben. Ansonsten würde er uns nicht ins Hotel lassen. Leider hat das Hotel.com Team auch nichts gemacht und somit haben wir statt 10€ knapp 30€ bezahlt

Oda,banyo,yatak ne yazıkki çok kötü durumda. Tek sevdiğimiz yanı resepsiyondaki abilerdi. Cana yakın samimi insanlar onlar için teşekkür ederim ama yatak çok kötü durumdaydı. Dinlenelim diye konakladık daha da kötü olduk😂 gece minik böcekler uyutmadı😥
