Great room, good size, clean and comfortable. (chargeable) fridge was well-stocked, though free water was provided. Wifi worked well enough, though electrical power was weak. Bathroom was spotless and everything worked fine. Staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was fast. Choice was breakfast was good, though no hot or freshly cooked options. Located just outside Basmane station, 15-20 mins walk from seafront. We would stay again.

Klima teknik problemli odaya denk geldik

Odamıza girdiğimizde pike kirliydi o yüzden yeni bir pike talep ettik onun haricinde klimanın olduğu yer sapsarı su akıtan bir yer vardı ve klima gece sürekli su akıttı ayrıca çok ses olan bir bölgede olduğu için cam kapalı yatmak zorundasınız bu nedenle de klimayı açmak zorundaydık bu biraz bizi zorladı onun haricinde yemekler şahaneydi kahvaltı ortamı harikaydı Sadece kahve ikramlar suda çözünen kahveden vardı filtre kahve yoktu yastıklar çok sertti genel anlamda beklediğimiz konforu yakalayamadık

Ein sehr schönes neues Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Wenige Minuten zum Kemeralti Bazar. Die Zimmer sehr modern eingerichtet . Tägliche Reinigung . Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet sehr einladend und abwechslungsreich. 24h überwachter Parkplatz. Note 1+

Très très décevant

Mécontents. Nous avions réservé pour 3 et la chambre n'était prête que pour 2 (pas de 3e lit, pas de serviettes de toilette, ni produits pr 3e personne...) Il a fallu réclamer plusieurs choses avant même d'être installés. Climatisation bruyante et impossible à régler. Le petit-déjeuner était médiocre pour ne pas dire nul (très peu de choix, produits de mauvaise qualité, pas bon en fait). Le coffre-fort était inutilisable. La chambre était dans la pénombre (l'électricité ne fonctionnait pas sur la moitié de la chambre). Par ailleurs, ce n'est pas quelque-chose que je peux leur reprocher, mais le personnel ne parle que turc. Donc difficile de se faire comprendre même en anglais. Nous voyageons régulièrement à l'étranger et c'est le 1er avis négatif que nous laissons, tant nous avons été déçus.
