Great hotel in "old" Istanbul!!!

From the time we arrived until the time we left, the staff at this hotel was fantastic! When we checked in, Tural and Selcuk made us feel very welcome and throughout our stay, they were always available to help with advice where to go, how to get there and anything else we needed. The breakfast spread was great! And nice to have local items to taste! The location was also really convenient to many of the major attractions to see in Istanbul, that we walked almost everywhere! The local restaurants were a treat and the staff at these establishments were also very friendly and welcoming. This is a hotel that we have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

Considering the excellent hospitality of the staff and their fluency in English, I would rate the hotel as a 5-star establishment. While it may not be a luxurious hotel, you are treated like royalty. Like any other hotel, it has a few minor deficiencies, but nothing major. In my case, the only significant issue was the poor quality of the internet.

I had an amazing experience at Zeyn Hotel in Istanbul! The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to major attractions yet in a peaceful area, offering the best of both worlds. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to start the day right. We had an amazing stay at Zeyn Otel. We stayed for 9 nights, and the staff were always available to help with any questions or concerns we had. Fareed was particularly nice and helpful when we checked in(providing help taking our luggage etc) and he even gave us welcome gifts. There were other managers (can’t remember their names) that were just as amazing. Provided us local suggestions, chocolates etc. Thank you. Our room was comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit tight, but I guess that's typical of many hotels in Istanbul. The daily cleaning service, which included fresh towels and water, was just amazing. The breakfast was okay, with not many options, but it was still good. Again, the staff at breakfast were also very nice and helpful. They even provided a headscarf for my wife to wear when visiting the mosque. The airport transport arrangements were seamless. They accommodated our needs when we returned from Cappadocia, as our luggage was at our family's house. They even helped us drop off our relatives at their house, pick up our luggage, and then drop us off at the hotel. The drop-off service was also punctual, with the cab arriving at the hotel at 3:45 am, even though we had requested 4 am. Thank you for such a comfortable and memorable stay.

Very nice representatives, always kind and providing the best service whenever we asked was happy to answer all questions. Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in Istanbul there is a beautiful mosque which is a 1min walk from the hotel makes it perfect for praying. 5/5 from us here.

The area around the property is a maze of very small streets. The hotel isn’t really close to the popular attractions. That said, it doesn’t take very long by taxi. I managed without Wi-Fi and a lot of input by the staff here. Depending on whether you look at a 10 as the swankiest hotel in the world or from the standpoint of someone used to a hostel, will determine your personal rating. For myself, who has travelled the world extensively, I give it a 7.5 because of the location, lack of proximity to what most tourists want to see and room size. The staff here are excellent, however and I give them a 10 !

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, and affordable stay. The hotel is within minutes of key Istanbul sights, like the Hagia Sofiya, Blue Mosque, Atmeydan, and Topkapi Palace. Breakfast buffet is a great feature and it really sets you up for the day. Overall, a terrific experience for a 3-night stay.

Excellent Staff and Comfortable Room with Hot Wate

Our stay here was excellent! From the moment we walked through the front door we were greeted with a smile & friendly attitude from Mahmoud. As the days progressed we met Azat, Eddi, and Selcuk, who were also friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was comfortable and we found comfort when we heard the call of prayer every morning and evening. The hotel is located up a hill and the roads are made of cobblestones so the area feels authentic. One of the oldest mosques is a few steps away. There are many restaurants and shops in the area.
