We had a rocky start and I’m leaving a 5 stars review because Jasmine and Murat and the management at the front desk handled the situation in such a professional manner. The hotel is conveniently located, the spa has great service ask for Yohana for the best Hamam and massage in town. Rooftop has an excellent view of the Bosphorus. Excellent service and I’m very happy I stayed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Levni is a perfect location to explore old Istanbul. It’s walking distance to Haggia Sofia, the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The spa is excellent . The staff is really helpful. 10/10 for us.

The hotel is ideally located to walk to main sites including the Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cistern, and many more. The team at the Levni is friendly and helpful. Clean and well-maintained. The Guest Relations Advisor, Ahmad was incredible to help arrange airport transfers, walking tour guide, Meryem who is fabulous, and a boat cruise on the Bosphorus.

We started in a weird note because the room provided on the first night was different than what was offered. I spoke to Expedia and to the front desk and they were able to provide me with the right room for my second night. It was during the holiday of Eid Al Ardha. The manager Jazmin and Murat were very helpful and friendly. The spa treatments are VERY Nice!! Yo Hana did a SPECTACULAR hamam and massage. I booked two massage treatments in a day! Friendly, nice and highly recommended treatments and great location near the Bosphorus and the main landmarks in Istanbul old town

We stayed for 7 nights it was perfect from the start as a family of 6 they accommodated our requests with the bed arrangements. We had breakfast everyday and the menu and variety was really good. Rooms and beds are just perfect. Location is perfect loads shops and walking distance to trams, ferry and alsorts of restaurants. Will definitely stay again.
