Very good, convenient location

Overall it was good, plenty of choice for breakfast, staff is very friendly and cooperative. Location is very convenient. But, they need to pay attention to maintenance, the floor and toilet seat of our room need repairing.

Really nice hotel, good condition, i few things need to do like no A/C only heater ,need to keep window open for fresh ar sheet old i saw some wholes and stain, also the towel not soft. Beafast really good, traditional Turkey.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were polite and helpful.The breakfast was very good. My only small disappointment was that the spa and pool for guests was only open from 12 noon to 6pm (without payment).

Terrible stay

The room was dirty when we checked in previous peoples clothes still in the draw. No towels , light not working, AC not working . Manager came and saw but did nothing about it. Asked if we can change rooms and was told no.

It was my 10th anniversary. My room was upgraded with beautiful view top floor, very cute they had me balloons and rose petals. The hotel is so reachable to food shops transportation, friendly manner of staff is also a bonus. Only thing I would say the air con can be better and also the fridge can also be better. Will stay again and have already recommended. Many thanks again,
