Nice place in the middle of the old town

Pros: -Very friendly and helpful staff -Fantastic location minutes from the main sights in the old town. -Clean and comfy beds -Nice breakfast Cons: -Old building so the sound isolation is almost non-existent, meaning you can hear everything the other guests are doing in the bathroom. -Heater started leaking water leaving a huge puddle on the floor

Sardar & team are a great host, right from check in until check out well taken care of.Sardar gave us recommendations as go how to spend the day and ensure time & effort to cover areas of interest is well utilised. the cruise dining suggested was great experience. breakfast spread is decent, @sardar as mentioned please get a bread toaster :-). lastly do not miss the visit to leather factory for some high-quality leather stuff..sardar is the man. overall enriching and wonderful stay at instanbul. thank - you Sardar and team. hope to see you soon. The hotel is amazingly located, that and the service of the people working there are thr big plus! On the downside, basically the pictures on expedia DOES NOT match the reallity.... the rooms are tiny, the hotel is really old and it's kinda dirty... We had a good time because we really came to the room just to sleep and didn't spend time in the hotel... it is very close to Sultanahamat, so you will be walking distance from blue mosque or Hagia Sophia... Good job to the people wjo works there!!!

The hotel is close to main historic Area like the blue mosque . Very clean room and bed but the room was very small and it was on the ground floor not good view . Staff were very friendly and breakfast was ok .

We had a very nice stay and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was good and customer service exceeds our expectations The last two days of our stay was challenging as we booked a penthouse and we got tired climbing the stairs as there was no elevator in the building.

Older property with small rooms - but that’s what you get in Istanbul for this price point. The AC worked and the bathroom was functional so you have all the necessities. The breakfast was a general Turkish spread. The location is great for being right by the Blue Mosque & Hagia Sophia. The staff were helpful and kind. Thank you!

The staff are wonderful,Esp . Serdar, Fatih and Ahmet always helpful. Very welcoming. The bed we had was very hard. They need to update with new furniture. The lobby had uncomfortable sitting sofas. Is in a very safe, convenient area with all the sights and restaurants near by. Not good for older people since there is no elevator.

Excellent staff and very convenient location. The breakfast is a wide selection of fresh fruits and savory options. Only problem that we faced was the very weak AC in the room. It was barely running. I shared this feedback with the staff as well. Apart from that everything else was great.
