Great customer service! Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and we were provided with everything we need! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul. Also, the location is very convenient. Close to a mall and short distances to touristic areas.

We arrived early morning and the reception said there’s no reservation for your stay but after 20 minutes he found out that there was a similar first name and he was wrong. Then they gave us a room with the separate bed and the reception said they will change our room after 12 o’clock but after the next receptionist said they don’t have double bed room and we have no choice. Carpet was dirty and one of reception guy was impolite. Overall we’re not gonna stay there next time.

Decent hotel in Sisli

The room is nice and clean. Breakfast wasn't too good. The check-in staff was incompetent but some other staff members were nice. Overall it's a pretty okay hotel for the price I paid.

the hotel near the main street near to the mall and small shops, if you looking for a quiet place it's not the right place, the service is poor, the rooms are very tight you can barely stand, and the bathrooms are very tight.

Rooms at the hotel.

It was good, the staff are very nice very friendly and very helpful, specially Halit. but rooms are very small and very close to the street I heard walking people noise, I changed my room twice, but still it’s very small room. Not very comfortable and easy to put bags and there were no mirror in all rooms to wear my makeup, I had to go to the bathroom for that.

Worse service ever. I requested a wheelchair accessible room. I’ve been waiting until 7 pm and they don’t have a room for me. Not professional at all. They keep lying to me about my room.
