The front desk team was super nice and helpful. I don’t recall everyone’s name, but Sherif, Serich, and rest were great. The cleaning ladies, Baha and Beraban, were also very nice and provided service whenever we asked. The only problem is that this hotel needs to be renovated; some parts of the walls are not painted.

The people and service and amenities at this location were amazing. The only complaint I have is that the beds are uncomfortable which makes sleeping difficult and keeps energy low. Besides that, would highly recommend this hotel!

My husband and I loved it here and we will stay here again. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. We were on the 4th floor and the windows opened to a great view. No elevator so if walking up the stairs is an issue ask for the room in the main level. The location is awesome it’s close to everything including the metro Şişhane. Highly recommend! 😁💜

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und zweckmäßig mit genügend Platz eingerichtet. Allerdings gab es bei unserer drei Bett Belegung nur zwei Stühle und da das Frühstück aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde war dies etwas ungemütlich. Hat aber den Aufenthalt nicht wirklich negativ beeinflusst. Das Hotel liegt in einer „ruhigeren“ Seitenstraße sehr zentral und von dort aus kann die Stadt komplett zu Fuß erkundet werden. Die Rezeption war immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Preis Leistung empfehlenswert. Top

우선 가장 큰 장점은 위치입니다. 갈라타타워3분거리, 탁심광장 및 하바버스 정류장 걸어서 15분거리로 모두 도보가능하므로 교통비가 전혀 들지 않았고 구경하기 너무 좋았어요. 단점은 엘리베이터가 없고 건물시설이 노후되어서 화장실이 약간 냄새가 나고 환기가 잘 안되요. 아침식사는 매우 기본이지만 먹을만 했어요.
