Terrible stay, never again

I will never stay at this Hamidiye Hotel again! Location was great, room well heated but hotel is in terrible condition: room always smelled bad; room door was difficult to get in, shower ran hot/cold; shower wall had lots of mold; there was no hot water kettle; room lighting was flourescent and minimum. Breakfast staff is rude, front desk staff gave me the wrong room at first. Overall, a terrible stay.

Bad experience

The worst Hotel stay ever!! It shouldn't be rated even as 3 stars hotel. A room without napkins,the refregirator was not working, no kettle , no minibar as mentioned in the reservation, bad service. The rate per night is high comparing with other good hotels having the same rate .

The room i saw and booked it throw you guys was not same room was rabish single bed dirty room on the top floor. Then i told them and showed my comfemation paper then changed me to other room. In a same day in second room also when i had a shower a part of celing folow on to my head. Then they changed me for the second day to the other room but with no aircondition was hot couldnt sleep heat plus the window was from that kind witch is opened little bit from the top not all of it thats why i couldnt sleep i had to leave the hotel the 3rd day i had 1 neight with them but couldnt continiue to the 4th day i ask to return my money back for that neight i left Thanks for your co operation Layla

Staff could be more friendly. First room assigned was too small and very smoky, cigarette smoke! But one of the people at the door was very helpful.

As a hotel which cater for multi national clients one expect the reception staff to speak English and is able to give information about the surrounding. When asked about if there is any transport facilities. The receptionist did not know. The metro and tram stations were within walking distance that's less than 5 mins. No local map was available. When asked if there is taxi facility for the airport the rudeness apart. I was told its 25 dollars, I asked how much is it in local currency I was told it,s 25 dollars. I informed the receptionist I intend to pay in Lira how much will it cost he said lady it is 25 dollars!!!!!!!!! The shower holder was broken since day 1 I reported it nothing was done and I stayed there for 6 days. The reception staffs are quite rude and very dismissive. The communication skill is apalling. Don't think will recommend it to anyone.

Die Bilder des Hotels entsprechend nicht der Realität. Personal sehr unfreundlich. Frühstück jedentag 1zu 1 die selben Gerichte. Wenn dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat dann müssen die echten 4. Sterne Hotel mindestens 6 Sterne haben.
