The hotel was lovely but the heat was out while I was there. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was not the strongest, but it wasn’t too much of a problem. Other than that I had no issues. All the outlets worked, the water got hot like it should, room was clean.

Despite positive reviews, my experience at Fragments Hotel was marred by subpar service. We requested additional pillows, as the two provided for two people were quite flat. However, the hotel only permitted two extra pillows, not four as requested. Instead, they suggested using the small decorative pillows, which to are unwashed and had an unpleasant odor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, sinking in towards the head area and necessitating additional pillows. While I understand that the hotel may have limited resources, come pillows?? The most frustrating aspect of my stay was the breakfast service which were included. The food was good but consistently ran out of tea and had to wait until it was re-brewed. Now the only drink offered was tea, water, one kind of juice and coffee that was terrible. This issue persisted throughout the three-day stay, regardless of the time of breakfast. When we requested a second cup, it was like they were doing us a favor. I have never seen such a thing in all my travels. I know it’s only tea but REALLY? The wait staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, everything was self service but tea and the waiter had to bring this. The experience was not for us. There are SO many hotels in Istanbul to choose from, I would not recommend this hotel.

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip in Istanbul. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen aber nicht Mitten im Zentrum. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und was mir immer gefällt wenn ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer steht. Man konnte per Whats App Nachrichten schreiben wenn man was gebraucht hat, wie eine Restaurant Reservierung, Handtücher etc. Das hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir würden zu 100% wieder dort übernachten. Das Highlight ist die Roof Top Bar / Restaurant wo es auch das Frühstück gibt.
