very accessible = metro was 5 minutes walk and T1 tram was just a 7 minutes walk = breakfast was great / room was very clean and Mr . Ruslan at the front desk was very friendly , helpful and treated us like very good friends ( he visited the Philippines before )

Hotel is really clean and on good location. Did not interact with staff that much, but cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful. Person at the front desk was little “pushy” with making you buy excursions, which was not necessary. My priority was to have nice and clean hotel in Istanbul, but not to be pushed to buy excursions

Super friendly staff in the breakfast room made the start to the holiday and each day a real pleasure. The room was always beautifully cleaned. The bed and pillow could have been a little more comfortable but that is personal preference. A little more coffee in the room would have been nice for the coffee in bed in the morning and at the end of the day.
