Nice people working there, waited 45 min for pick up from airport. Nice driver, not his fault. Requested non- smoking room In advance due to bad allergies received a room that was a smoking room. 在伊斯坦布尔老机场转机的话非常非常推荐这家酒店。我们因为航班晚点，四个人凌晨四点才到酒店，跟店员解释了一下就是睡个觉，第二天早上九点就离开，想只要一个房间，他们也同意了。早餐四个人吃，也没有额外收费。并且还包机场接送，简直没有不推荐的理由。司机师傅也很帮忙，只是直接开口要了小费，瑕不掩瑜。

The staff was not welcoming at all. No guidance throughout the property. We booked for spa. A random lady came and dint even explain, just gave a massage and left. The tv was not working, reported it to the receptionist and nobody came for checking it . There were cob webs in the room. The only person who was friendly and helpful was the hotel pickup driver
