Well kept and clean but too much noise for comfort

The rooms and bathrooms are well kept and look very nice which I appreciated. Unfortunately it's on a busy street, it's exrremely noisy with the windows open and still noisy with the windows closed, the AC didn't work so it was stuffy, and the walls are very thin -- we could hear the other rooms guests with clarity. So a bad night sleep.
