Good location; close to grand bazaar and tram stop. Rooms could have been a little more spacious and cleaner. Staff helpful and friendly but had to use Google translate with some. My mom and brother stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Their room was always very clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team took great care of them throughout their stay.
