I don’t know where to start. Everything at this property is bad. During the check-in, the guy at the counter said the credit card machine does not work. They will fix it next day. I can pay cash if credit card does not work. The next night, I asked again if the credit card machine got fixed. He said no, it is better to pay cash. I felt that they did not even try to fix the credir card machine. They want customers to pay in cash only. I had to exchange money only to pay for this hotel.
The lift is so so small that it barely fits two people witg luggages. Even the lobby smells like urine. The room is super small and the water from the sink comes in yellow color. The basin in the bathroom clogs really quickly. The drain pipe in the basin leaks water. In our second day, the bulb in the room went out. We called the reception and one guy came in to replace the bulb. We shared all the problems with him. He said he will take care of it next day but he was not even there. The guys who sit in the reception change every day. They do not understand or speak English which is fine, but they do not want to help at all.
We all heard that turkish breakfast is really huge and good. This place is a disgrace for turkish breakfastz We decided not to go for breakfast after the first day.
The night before our checkout, we asked the receptionist if we can store our luggage after checkout. He said yes, but next morning a different guy said we can not store the luggage.
