Rooms are great, the jacuzzi shower tub is deep so hold on getting in and out. Public transits a hike as the hotel falls in the center of to stations for both the train and the bus. The train can get you to town by galata bridge or take it backwards 2 stops and you hit a transit hub for the m2 line

Mixed messages at this property. As you can see the main photos in the ad are impressive, and the courtyard is very nice. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. My biggest complaint about this property is proximity to major street and road noise. The rooms close to the main road are loud, we asked to be moved due to noise and cleanliness and were eventually moved to a nicer room. Could still hear the road noise but manageable, Also, there is music playing in the courtyard constantly, which I found annoying especially later at night. I had to ask them to turn it down at 10:15, and they did. I suspect the music is to distract from the road noise. The rooms are mixed, some are nice while others are less nice. The property / rooms need some attention and upgrading. I am surprise by the Expedia rating, way too high based on our experience IMO. Personally, I would not return to this property although many will find it luxurious, especially with the Spa which consists of a sauna, steam room and Turkish bath. Breakfast is good. Location (other than proximity to road noise) is good and 15 minute walk to main tourist area and attractions.

The property Is close to all major attractions which is very good. But we were placed in the back alley of the hotel which subjected to people talking late at nights and cars driving past. Also there are remodeling very close by so overall is noisy.

Nice hotel, good rooftop area and breakfast options. Service is good, had to use it a couple times. We spent an entire day in our room because we unfortunately got stomach bug while there, could be something we ate at breakfast or outside so be cautious of cold foods, meats, cheese etc. We bought bigger water bottles from the store even though they provide smaller bottles in the room everyday. Overall decent hotel, would recommend.

The hotel is well located for a historical trip. If you're a history buff, this is your hotel. If you're looking for more action, bar, food, and party options, It hotel isn´t for you. The staff is friendly, but we couldn't use the terrace because it's mandatory to consume drinks and food from the restaurant, and it's completely empty. I don't understand why there are restrictions if It dosen't use everybody. Two nights, when you wanted to have a glass of wine in the terrace, totally alone, and sit at a table, the staff took it away from me. Very bad.
