Walk to beach, screened porch, single level, updated kitchen and baths!

Updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental in a quiet residential area with a short walk or bike to the beach. This ground level duplex is one level (no stairs), and is conveniently located within close proximity to the beach and to Breach Inlet. The upstairs unit is not a rental, and is reserved exclusively for occasional family use.

The front porch features an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A private and spacious screened porch can be found along the back of the house, complete with a gas grill and furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing. The washer and dryer are behind louvered doors on the screened porch. The kitchen hosts stainless appliances and granite counter tops. All three bedrooms and the living room, has a flat-screen cable TV. Wi-Fi and Linens Included. Please no smoking, and no pets.

Good location, easy 5 minute walk to the beach, bedroom and bathroom layout works perfect for our family of 5. Open kitchen / living room is great for family time together. Outdoor shower is convenient when returning from the beach. Do be aware that there is an upstairs unit above this one but it was not an issue for us.

Great Graduation Weekend

My clan and I descended upon the Charleston area for a few days to celebrate my younger son's graduation. Great Beach Spot

For over forty years, we head south once or twice a year to Isle of Palms and stay with family or in rentals. This little retreat is another fabulous discovery. Everything was clean and beachy. Perfect beach house!

The beach house was the perfect location 10-20 minute drive to restaurants and shops. 35 minutes to down town Charleston. A very short walk to the beach. Good Economical Option for Isle of Palms

This was our ‘backup house’ for our family sailing team. We also had a house on the beach that we used for meals and gathering. This house is nicely centrally located. It was clean and area quiet. You do have to check in offsite, but it’s close by, but that is out of the ordinary for most houses we’ve rented. Also, I tried to contact the rental company about extending my reservation by a day and never got a response. That’s the only reason I rated comms 4 stars.

Great space and location, some minor annoyances

Pros: Amazing location near the beach, roomy space and a fabulous porch. Outdoor shower is a big plus. Cons: Owner stayed above us, loud and running footsteps early in the morning. Was missing some essentials like multiple pans, aluminum foil, trash bags, etc. Overall: Had a great stay here, but some things could’ve certainly been improved.
