Great Spring Break in IOP!

This house was wonderful for our family. The house was beautiful, spacious and well equipped! We cooked in most of the week and the kitchen was fantastic. The beach was a short walk across the street. The neighborhood was quiet and a great location!

We loved our stay at this beautiful and peaceful beach home! The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the short walk to the pool and beach. We hope to return again in the future.

Great for groups but had a few issues

The house was beautiful and even better than the photos! The bedroom/bathroom set up made it a great option for our group of 7! We did experience a handful of disappointing issues: 1) Two of the beds had stained/dirty sheets. Fortunately, our group didn’t use all of the beds, so we were able to find clean options among the empty beds. 2) We ran into a HUGE cockroach in the living room on the last night of our stay. I know we’re in an environment shared with animals and pests, but it left us feeling a little uneasy. 3) We had some trouble calling Ubers/cars due to the isolated neighborhood. We were warned on the first night of our trip that it would be hard to get an Uber for our early morning flight on Sunday. Ultimately, we were able to hire a professional car service 2 days in advance. We’re so glad we did that because we checked Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis that morning and there were zero available - not the listing’s fault, but just something to plan ahead for. Ordering Ubers/Lyfts throughout the rest of the weekend was fine, but definitely allot for extra time to find one and allow them to get to you. 4) The host said they set you up with necessities for your stay, but we felt it was light. We had to order paper towels and toilet paper. I understand they can’t provide enough for longer stays but I think guests should be able to get through 2.5 days. We also spent most of our time away from the house so I cant imagine a family spending more time/cooking meals there.

We had our family here for a long weekend with a range of ages and had great room to all spread out and relax. Short walk to the beach and even shorter to the pool. Nice house and would stay here again.

Great Stay!

The house was spectacular. It was very roomy for our big group, and the furnishings made it very homey. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was an added treat. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Cousin Trip

The house was absolutely perfect for our group. Nine cousins and sisters all under one roof for a beautiful long weekend. The location is great with the pool right around the corner and a quick walk to the beach. Check in and communication was super easy. House was in perfect shape. We really appreciated the welcome gift too. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in Isle of Palms!

Loved our stay at this fantastic home. It has wonderful large open spaces for gathering and is beautifully decorated. We gathered to celebrate a family member's 50th birthday and it was perfect for lounging, cooking and gathering for our party of 8. The hosts communicated well with detailed instructions that may it easy to enjoy our stay! Would highly recommend :)

Sunny Side Pelican Bay

Great house, great location, great area. The house was very clean and nicely maintained. 4 BR and 4.5 baths was perfect for my family of 2 adults and 4 kids. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Nice walking paths around the golf course, as well. Very short walk to the beach. There is a guard shack to access the neighborhood, which we did not know. That said, the guard had our names on file and no issues coming and going as we pleased. The only item we would have asked for is more than one TV. There is just the one television in the living room, but nothing in any of the bedrooms. That would have been nice. But other than that, the views from the porch and seating areas were fantastic. The home was very comfortable, and we will be back!

Would Definitely Return

The accommodations were fabulous and matched the listing description perfectly. We had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling properly and our food spoiling. A quick text to the management company and we had a mini fridge delivered within 24 hours which allowed for us to salvage some items. They were quick to respond and quick to provide a solution. Highly recommend this property. It did not disappoint!

Beautiful home, perfect location!!

The Sunny Side home was beautiful, just as described and as shown in photos- plenty of space to spread out with two families, comfortable seating and beds and so close to the beach. We rented an LSV and it was perfect to zip over to the beach and into town to shops and restaurants. One thing to note is there are NO beach chairs or umbrella so definitely plan to rent- we didn’t arrive until July 3 to find no chairs or umbrella and too late to rent for the 4th of July - and it was a scorcher! All in all- awesome stay!!

Lovely home!

This house gave us a wonderful getaway! Clean, good location, supplied with plenty of towels (for bathrooms and the beach), and plenty of cookware to meet all of our needs. The check in/out was easy due to the clear and timely communication. Our favorite aspects of this house were the easy walk to the beach (we rented chairs and umbrellas and highly recommended doing so! Just make sure to bring your own beach toys.) The community swimming pool was a huge hit with our kids. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Great House in a Great Location

The house is beautiful and extremely clean. Being only a short walk from the beach and being inside the Wild Dunes club makes this property ideal for families. I highly recommend staying here. The only thing to be aware of is that there is limited parking. Two cars can easily park at the house.
