3 Bedroom, 3 Bath elevated bi-level condo located in one of Wild Dunes most popular complexes-Beach Club Villa. The Outdoor Community Pool (April-end of October, not heated or cooled) and beach access is just ahead of the building complex! Enjoy the ocean breezes and view of the Atlantic Ocean from the screened porch or Master Balcony. This condo boasts updated kitchens and baths, cable television in the living area, wireless internet access, and an outdoor shower. Original furnishings and carpeting in bedrooms and living area. A perfect vacation opportunity specially priced for its outstanding location.

First floor features one bedroom, full bath, open concept kitchen, dining, and living space with flat screen cable TV with Google Chromecast streaming capabilities (must log onto apps with your phone to cast to screen) and direct access to screened porch. Second floor hosts two bedrooms, each with their very own private baths, as well as a washer and dryer. The master suite on second level hosts a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. WiFi & Linens included. No Pets. No smoking.
