Isle of Raasay Distillery
"We stayed here rather than booking a hotel on the main isle of Skye. It was a wonderful way to get away from the hustle and bustle. We were there with our 7 month old baby and the staff and other guests were understanding and kind about us having him. Between the welcome drink, the complimentary ..."

The Marmalade Hotel
"Stay here. Immaculately clean. Staff lovely"

Bracken Hide Hotel
"Each room is a self-contained unit like an ADU with a bedroom and a bathroom. The only downside that we did not know about was that you have to hike up a hill to get to your “hide”. That feature might limit the appeal to older visitors. The units themselves were perfectly nice and comfortable."

Sligachan Hotel
"This was a fantastic stay on the Isle of Skye. The staff was fantastic, the room was huge. The staff was incredibly nice and the hotel had a great restaurant on site. Be prepared that if you come in midge season, bring your repellant if you plan to explore. The hotel is right by Sligachan Bridge ..."

Isle of Skye Guest house
"We spent two nights at the Isle of Skye Guest house. The check-in was done via codes but there was staff onsite. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It would have been nice to have an in-room mini fridge but we did have access to a microwave in the common rooms. I loved the common rooms."

Balmacara Hotel
"The room was very small, it was hard to get around the bed with a suitcase. The price was quite high for the type of room. We had to pay extra for breakfast and they charged an extra fee for the second person. The staff were friendly and helpful, however our room was above the kitchen so we could ..."

"An older property that is maintained pretty well. It was a nice setting which we enjoyed during the breakfast bar."

Kings Arms Hotel
"Nothing but a towel, toilet paper and hand soap. No daily house cleaning. Lift was not working and nobody to help you up three levels with heavy luggage. Limited parking and the breakfast was basic. If I went back to Skye I definitely would not stay there."
