Stayed during a wedding at crane estate. Location was great as we enjoyed the center of town just down the street and crane estate was just 15 min away. House was roomy and comfortable for 5 adults.

Nice clean space in a quiet area

A perfect place to stay with family and/or friends. It’s well kept and the house is just wonderful. We communicated well with the property manager. This spot has all the amenities you need for a great vacation.

Very nice home. Has been remodeled and is very comfortable. AC is very effective. Check in is easy, but the entry combo is different than on the check in instructions on the website. Wifi is great.

Great house in Ipswich

My family was looking for a spontaneous getaway and were so happy to have found this house! It’s clean, comfortable, with all the neccessities. It’s nicely decorated and has a beautiful kitchen! It’s a 10 minute drive to crane beach which was so beautiful!

October getaway

House was as advertised. Had nice nights by the fire pit. Overall was pleased with our stay. The house does have a lot of traffic noise outside as it’s on the corner of 2 busy roads. But it wasn’t too distracting for us as we are used to being in and around busy areas.

Just Perfect

The drive to the house was gorgeous, like driving through an old east coast village. It was close to Salem, which was why we were in town, and it accommodated a large group just fine. The bed was a little stiff, but that's probably a personal preference thing.

House has been completely remodeled and it was very well done. Traffic noise was a little intrusive at times, but I seemed to be the only one in my party that had trouble getting accustomed to it. The host was super responsive to our needs and we appreciated that very much. Kitchen was well equipped and we used it a lot.

Great Family Time!

All topics were given 5 stars, except the online descriptions of bedrooms each start with "2" and the size bed, but in reality there is one bed that sleeps 2. The photographs are accurate and I believe the host will be removing the extra "2" to read 1 twin 1 Murphy bed, Masterbed room 1 Queen, Living sofa sleeps 2, not 4, and First Floor Bedroom is 1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Murphy. We hope this clarifies the sleep accommodations and enjoy your stay! We did 😎

The biggest issue we had arriving here is that the address, 136 topsfield road ipswitch, is very similar to 136 ipswitch road, topsfield. both of these are within 10 miles of each other. Since we had 3 separate groups arriving at 3 separate times this can be confusing. The beds tend to be on the firmer side, but were made when we arrived. There is beach gear in the basement to take to Crane Beach. The weekend we visited was during the World Cup, so the traffic around Boston and surrounding areas which is typically heavy, seemed to be even heavier. Using google maps to navigate around helps immensely due to the tight twisty roads in the area. This is a great place to use as a base to explore the eastern Boston/Salem area.
