Great house for our annual girls trip! A few things that may need to be considered are offering more plastic cup options since there is no glass allowed near the pool, more portable fans since it can get very hot in the summer and the AC only went down to 73. I would highly suggest investing in a new couch the current one in the living room is not very comfortable and not enough room for all 7 of us to hang out on. We had to buy a can opener since there was none, but pretty much had everything else we needed.Location is good in La Quita, and the pool area and layout of the house was great for us (lots of bathrooms!).

Great house for tennis tournament

Sophie's house was perfect for a group of friends who gathered to watch the tennis tournament. It was easy, convenient, clean, and spacious -- just perfect. Sophie was very attentive and kind. We hope to return!

Excellent Property

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and golf. Property was as advertised. Very comfortable home. Quiet neighborhood. Property owner/manager was very accommodating. Stayed there for over a week and really enjoyed the home. Didn't find the "welcome" book until the day we were leaving -- I recommend you read it as soon as you arrive -- would have been very helpful for hot tub and tv information. Was only second time using a vrbo and I am so pleased with this experience that I will continue. Can't say enough positive things about this property!

Clean and Comfortable

Sophie's house was clean, well maintained and conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. The beds and sofas were comfortable. It's also close to Indian Wells Tennis, a little over 3 miles away, for those of us that enjoy the annual BNP Paribas Open. Communication with Sophie was extremely easy as we used text messaging rather than through the less convenient VRBO app. She was very responsive to messages, which was great. She provided plenty of towels and toilet paper, which was much appreciated. It was a very enjoyable stay and we would stay there again.

Second... But Not Last!

This was our second stay at this lovely home and we enjoyed it just as much as our first - maybe even more! It is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood and has everything needed for a fun-filled and comfortable stay. Sophie is an amazing host and responded to communications in a very timely manner. Which was greatly appreciated especially when I was having difficulty accessing the check-in information when we arrived! If you're looking for a lovely house with plenty of room inside and out for a relaxing vacation - this is the place!

Tennis Paradise

Fantastic Stay!

Sophie’s place is wonderful and she is a fantastic host! The house is exactly as described - well stocked and the hot tub heating being included was huge for our family. She is super responsive to questions and was very accommodating on an earlier check in and later check out. We golfed during the trip and the location was great and close to lots of great options.

Great stay!

We stayed here for a girls trip. The house was clean and very cute. It was the perfect location for a concert at Acrisure, hiking and great restaurants all within 10-20 minutes. The owner was always quick to respond with any questions and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Experience!

This was our first experience with Vrbo and it was a great one. When we got there, the house was immaculate. The kitchen is stocked with pans/utensils, all that you would need (we basically just ate breakfast and lunch there). The seating areas are spacious and comfortable. The pool is large and lovely (saw pool maintenance being done twice the 2 weeks we were there), enjoyed the hot tub too! Our 2 married children and theirs spouses joined us for a long weekend and we had a ball being all together in this lovely space. (Please replace the cornhole game as the boards were not usable - would’ve enjoyed playing with family but no biggie). Also it is in a great location, easily accessible to Palm Desert, Palm Springs and the surrounding areas. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook here in the future!

Nice and clean

This was a great place. It was nice and clean. We loved the pool time and clean rooms. It was nice it had a set bathroom for each room. The only small inconvenience was the garbage disposal was not working.

Just perfect!

The whole family absolutely LOVED this property (parents, two teens and a 12 yr old). The pool was an absolute Godsend and was wonderfully equipped with lots of floaties to enjoy. We spent the majority of our time outside, used the BBQ, sat around in the evenings on the patio, and enjoyed the hot tub! The beds are extremely comfortable (the sheets are amazing! I don’t know where they came from but they’re seriously the softest I’ve ever felt!), the whole house is very well appointed and beautifully furnished. The host, Sophie, was so quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. We all absolutely loved our stay here and would absolutely return in the future - 10/10!!

Great place for families

This home has plenty of space and amenities - we had no issues and were happy at how clean Sophie’s rental is. It’s a small thing, but a big deal for us: there’s a no shoes in the house policy! That alone made us feel like the place was clean. I can’t say enough about the salt water pool - we spent hours swimming and hanging out poolside because it had little or no effect on our skin. Great way to spend our vacation!

Great Place in the Desert

We really enjoyed this house. It was very clean, the property manager was responsive and helpful, the bedrooms were nice-sized, it was great to have multiple bathrooms and we loved the backyard by the pool!

The most beautiful house I've ever stayed at

This house is so beautiful, the layout is perfect and the pool and outdoor area is greatly laid out. The house was spotless clean and has beautiful and comfortable furniture and beds. We stayed here at the windy time of the year and there was a lot of dust outside because of the strong winds, but that didn't take away from us spending time indoor and playing games. The host was great communicator and never missed a beat in reposting promptly.

Nice clean house for a family trip

Nice clean and well organized house. My only suggestion, it would be nice to have a welcoming kit such as few bottles of water, coffee and creamer or whatever needs to not rush to the store at arrival.
