Staff was excellent except for when they tried to lure us to timeshare . Food was excellent. Cabana was very nice . But I paid $150 for the Cabana, 2 days in a row, and not once did anyone check to see if we needed more ice or drinks or food.
Too expensive for not receiving service. Plus wait person could have earned tips. Also, there were no smoking sections that had seats or awnings. There is plenty of room at the side of each building for a smoking area. The casinos put smoking back into their main areas because they were losing too many customers, same for resorts. Many people smoke but lie and say they dont because that's the world today. Room was beautiful and well eqipped and very comfortable. Pools were very nice except for the families that sat on the stairs and no one could enter the pool except by jumping or the ladder. An employee should have said something over the 3 hours that they were blocking the stairs. The grounds are beautiful as are the water features.
