We appear to have been among the first few renters. The owner & representative seemed to still be working things out in terms of supplies & procedures. A renters guide would have been very helpful. Many parts of the home appear to have been nicely updated; other parts showed wear & tear (toilet paper rods coming off the wall; hole in wall near front door, primary bathroom shower leaked onto the bathroom floor; personal food items left in drawers; Spectrum cable service not working). The pool & spa were as pictured. However, we were very put off by the additional 120/day charge for heating the pool & spa & the requirement that renters pay that fee for their entire stay.
