Very kind workers helpful, clean quiet wish the pool would’ve been cleaned earlier so we could’ve went swimming after breakfast so I could give a review on the pool. but it did look wonderful altogether. We had an awesome stay and will utilize staying again .

Couldn't get the wifi to work. The shower was dirty and there was trash under the sink. The floor was sticky. I wish I could add pictures. The night stands weren't wiped down where people had spilled stuff. We couldn't even park on the property because there wasn't enough spaces. Breakfast wasn't bad though.

Clean and in the process of being updated, BUT… Not enough parking, broken elevator, horrendous lack of water pressure. Worked well enough for one night after a concert, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer than that. A/C was nice & cold, so that helped. Front desk staff were pleasant & helpful.

Dirty bathroom, found a random pill

The room was very nice-ish, check in staff was decent. Went to take a bubble bath after the concert and noticed there was what looked like blood all over the shower wall, and little black curly hairs all on the side of the tub. Went and told the front desk, where i was given a bottle of cleaner and a rag and cleaned it. Thats when i noticed a random pill under the bathroom sink. Completely unacceptable on any accord, and just lets me know the room was restocked and not actually cleaned. The carpets were also obviously dirty, but that was something i could look past. At check out, i told front desk again. She seemed annoyed that i brought it up and offered me a drink and snack as an apology. I added pictures of the body fluid and hair, and as a health care worker i am pretty sure that is blood. I did not get a picture of the pill, as i took it directly to front desk and gave it to them.
