This hotel was very and well maintained, the staff were friendly and very welcoming, even when I asked for help, they sent someone to take care of the situation within minutes. I really appreciate them for their hospitality and kindness they showed me and friends that came to visit.

"Probably the best hotel in Abidjan. Great design, very clean and well-maintained and reasonable amenities. The food at the Bistrot was also very good, although really dear by Abidjan standards. Staff could be better trained to align with a real 5-star rating. Some of them seem unhappy being there. Service was OK - not excellent. All that being said, probably still one of the best places to stay at in Abidjan."
