My family came from California and we chose this place based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. Beautiful cabin with the river flowing in the back. Very clean.

It was such a nice place to stay. Very roomie with a fire pit right next to a creek. Plenty of room to play yard games. We had a blast. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful.

The house was beautiful- could not have been cleaner. I asked if it was possible to get an early check in- NO response. The whole house had ONE TV- that did not work. That was a definite setback with so many children to entertain. I contacted the host who EVENTUALLY got back to me, but that is as far as it went. It was not remedied.

Comfy clean Retreat in Rigby

We loved our stay, it was the perfect crash pad during our visit to Idaho. Super clean & comfy with plenty of space to stretch out in, even with 4 kiddos! The management was very responsive and prompt especially when a smoke detectors battery ran out on one of the gorgeous cathedral ceilings and couldn’t be reached. They came so quickly and changed it right out so the beep was gone :) The grounds are beautiful and the river is wonderful to sit by.

Winter wonderland

This place was so perfect for our family Christmas gathering! The place was roomy, the updates were beautifully done, the location gorgeous. The beds were comfy which was especially nice since we are staying so long. The manager was really accessible and responsive and accommodating. The cabin was just lovely and we would definitely go back

Great Family Weekend

We had a great family weekend with our teenage son and our married daughter and her husband. The house is new and beautiful! The setting was amazing with a small river running through the property and the trees were at peak fall beauty. The gas stove which heats the main room wasn't working, but the property management was right on it and solved the problem quickly. Our daughter lives in Rexburg and we would absolutley stay here again on another visit. The golf course across the street was wonderful and we were able to take quick day trips to see Mesa Falls and take a hike on Cress Creek Trail. Oh, and the beds are super comfy. A great stay all together!

Beautiful Cabin

We loved staying here! It was a beautiful cabin and very comfortable with modern amenities. It looks and smells brand new. The wood is beautiful and it’s nestled right off the road on a very peaceful and beautiful piece of land. We saw a family of deer everyday. It is easy access to Rexburg and Idaho Falls. We would definitely stay here again. We took our son out to attend BYU-I. We hope to stay here again should we come to visit.

Great home base

We loved this beautiful log home. Everything we needed was here, and the beds were very comfortable. This turned out to be a great home base for our trip exploring eastern Idaho. Fresh milk from Daloris Dairy down the road made breakfast extra special. The stream running past the window helped us to relax.

Beautiful home away from home!

This property was beautiful from the second we drove up. Clean, quiet, & comfortable! Added bonus of front & back decks; the little river in the back yard was enjoyed by our 13-yr-old fisherman too! A perfect getaway for our family of four as we toured around southern Idaho. It is also worth mentioning that the house stayed cool & comfortable inside despite no AC, with outside temps in the high 80s & low 90s during our stay.

Great place to stay

Very clean, very new, and very comfortable! We could not ask for a better place to stay in Rigby. Furniture, beds, bedding, linens - all perfect. We also enjoyed using the Blackstone BBQ. We will definitely stay here again !

Great place to stay close to Idaho Falls and BYUI

We found this to be a great place, very new and clean, right off the freeway and halfway between Idaho Falls and Rexburg. Great since we were visiting our daughter and nieces at BYUI and also a short drive to Idaho Falls where there were more services and shopping available. Place was roomy and clean. We would definitely stay there again. Plenty of room for a big group, although it was just my wife and I this time, it was nice to have somewhere to gather. Also, I had to work while on this trip and the wifi was great for that.

Amazing Family Christmas

The cabin was great for a perfect Christmas in the country! The host was very accommodating and attentive. The property was lovely ,nestled in the cottonwoods, with deer passing through and fat squirrels running around the backyard. The only critique would be the driveway should be clearky marked. It was very hard to see, especially at night. Otherwise a spectacular experience!!

Beautiful Cabin with country feel

We really enjoyed this property, it is a nice country cabin and much more spacious than is depicted in the pictures. The owners did clearly communicate that the property has stairs for those with mobility issues, so we were not surprised, however if you are considering staying here, you should know that there is not a shower on the main floor (there is a nice whirlpool tub). We had our grandmother staying with us and she has limited mobility, so it was challenging for her to get in the tub and not be able to access the shower. Having said that, it was clearly communicated, so just keep that in mind if you have any people in your party who have mobility issues. Other than that one issue, the property was idyllic, the home was warm and comforable and the layout was great for a family getaway!

Great cabin experience!

We had a great time in this beautiful cabin! You can tell that they are just starting to rent this property out, so a few things still need to be worked out and improved, but we were very pleased overall. One big negative for us was that there was only has one shower and it's on the second floor. The main floor bathroom only has a large outdated corner tub. It was difficult getting 8 people showered and ready in the mornings. I think it would be near impossible if the maximum number of guests allowed stayed here. They should remove the tub and put in a large shower instead. The kids loved the loft spaces and we enjoyed some great family time together.

Only one shower for large home

The water pressure was quite low. Also just one shower in a place that sleeps over 8 people?? The handheld shower nozzle in the downstairs jacuzzi tub was awkward and doesn’t qualify as a shower in my book.

Great Potential VRBO Rental

As we were the first guests there, I could see that the owner had recently invested in making our stay comfortable. The brand-new grill was nice; forgetting to buy grilling utensils was not. Having a TV was nice; not having it hooked up to anything (not even the antenna for local stations) was not. The two other cabins we rented in more remote areas than this on the trip both had WIFI, so that ought to be added as well. If all of the above issues are resolved, then this will be a 5-star property.

Perfect for our family

The house was perfectly ready to receive us. Every need was met including games, coloring book and crayons, camp chairs, s’mores kit and pizza cutter. We would love to come stay here again.
