"Fantastic location and friendly/helpful staff. Good room although there were 2 doors to get to our room, the first door was shared with the room next door and it slammed shut which was quite noisy/disturbing in the night. The grey carpets in the hotel corridors were a bad choice really as they showed the stains which gave the impression that the hotel wasn't clean which wasn't true - they were just stains. The hotel bar/balcony had a good view of the church but limited choices for food/drinks which was a shame."

"Very convenient location across from gare de Lyon and all other public transportations. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a very large shopping center. My only biggest complain is the lack of help from the staff at the reception failing to give me the proper information for parking my rental car. I had to ask very detail questions about rate, and ways to park. I was NOT given any access or exit codes or proper instructions on how to access the garage and how to get into it. Since the procedure requires many codes punched at different steps, a map or written instructions would have been helpful. Instead I was left to be stuck in and out of the garage. Having a different exit code was not intuitive."

"The hotel is located near my destination and offers everything one expects from a hotel establishment: a clean, quiet room for resting, as well as a restaurant where one can have a casual bite to eat or a more formal, business-oriented meal."
