I chose this location because family members had previously stayed here and had a great experience. Overall the place was “decent”except for an issue in the kitchen area i brought up with the owner. The owner was made aware of the problem and hopefully it will be corrected before the next family experiences the same things we experienced.

First Time in Puerto Rico – Fantastic Stay!This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico, and Greg’s condo made it an unforgettable experience. The unit was perfect—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including pans, dishes, coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards.What really stood out was Greg’s outstanding communication. I’ve done many VRBO rentals over the years, and Greg was by far the most responsive and helpful host I’ve encountered. He made it clear that we could reach out anytime if we needed anything, and that peace of mind made our stay even more enjoyable.The location is unbeatable—just a quick elevator ride down and you’re steps from the beach. The view from the balcony is beautiful, with ocean views that are hard to beat. The air conditioning kept the condo cool and comfortable throughout our stay.The community amenities were also a highlight. With three pools on the property, there was always plenty of space to relax and unwind.All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend Greg’s condo for anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

Dream Vacation

My children and I had a truly wonderful stay at this condo in Crescent Beach. The property was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a perfect vacation. The views were stunning and created a relaxing, memorable atmosphere for our family. We are very grateful for the hospitality and care shown by the host Greg. Great Ocean Views

Property was really nice. The balcony which overlooks the ocean is a peaceful place to have morning coffee or an evening beverage. The resort is kept clean and staff were all friendly. Plan for 1hr 45 travel time due to traffic delays which are very common.

Perfect Getaway in Beautiful Las Palmas

We have been visiting Puerto Rico for the past 10 years. This is the best VRBO we have stayed in. It had everything we needed, including paper products, laundry soap, dish soap, etc. The property manager responded quickly to our needs. The view is gorgeous. The location convenient to the beach and pool! We will be back next year!

Clean and well equipped

The unit is clean and very well equipped. There is an abundance of towels and supplies ….more than in many other places we have stayed. The balcony was a great place to hang out and the shape of it ensured you could find a shady spot if you wanted.The only thing we were a little disappointed on were the number of restaurants within walking distance. We did however rent a car which is good because uber/taxi was a little difficult to get. The ones we did go to were awesome!Loved the pools and the friendliness of everyone we met.The property is very well maintained.Would recommend this property!

Awesome villa, very cozy and clean!

We had an excellent time at this beautiful villa! It has all the essentials and was decorated so beautifully! The information book about the area and great places to visit around the island was extremely helpful (thank you Greg)! We hope to stay again next year!

Amazing view

Loved the property! Loved that it was so closed to the beach and pool. This property was beautiful, big and clean. We enjoyed the amazing view of the beach. My family had a great time there and we plan to make future reservations there, god willing.

Everything you need and more.

Loved staying at Palmas Del Mar Very clean condo and comfortable beds. Nice view and enjoyed the sound of the ocean at night. The gated community is beautiful and safe. The pools are a plus and enjoyed sitting by the beach. The condo is well equipped with everything you need including coolers and beach towels. The AC and fans worked well. There are restaurants and shops in the gated community but we found some nice restaurants outside the community. Walmart and Walgreens are close and Econo supermarket as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Palmas Del Mar and will highly recommend it.
