Shower. Didn’t drain, called the front desk to let them know the people upstairs were making so much noise , they said they would look into it and they did nothing. They were dragging bodies upstairs till 4 am and we had to be up at 6am.

Abundance of rust on coat hangers, Mini-Fridge, and anything metal in the bathroom area. Floor was very dirty and if you walked barefoot for any amount of time on the linoleum, your feet would turn black from dirt. Bath water when we first arrived came out brown/orange. There was an overall musty smell to the room that had to be mold because the shower curtain did absolutely no blocking of water. A normal shower would leave half the bathroom floor soaking wet and there were gaps between the tub and linoleum, so it's obviously seeping through. We were there 4 of 5 nights booked and left a day early to cut the trip shorter for personal reasons. Good location to be in, but hated being in the room. The online photos look WAY better than in-person. The only reason we stayed at the hotel after hating it was because we didn't want to sink money into a new hotel while going back and forth with management to get a refund, so we just bit the bullet and called it a loss.

The only complaints that we have was spiderwebs in the corner of a room that obviously should’ve been cleaned long before then and the morning when we were leaving, we saw a roach on the stand under the tv and a roach by the head of the bed by night stand.

The desk clerk did not greet me upon arrival and refused to let me inside the lobby to complete check-in. I did not enjoy standing in the hot hallway and speaking to him through a thick glass window. He also did not explain what he was doing while i stood and waited. The room itself looks exactly like the pictures but they did not have the AC unit on prior toy arrival so it took a few hours for the room to cool. The room was sufficient for a 3 star establishment.
