This 8-person house is tastefully and completely furnished. The 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor. From the master bedroom you have access to the private garden. The stairs lead to the living room with open kitchen. The modern, light interior of the house and its location, directly on the Westerschelde, make this house an ideal holiday address. . The dining table offers a wide view over the dike and the Westerschelde. The spacious roof terrace can be reached through folding doors and is in summer a great place to enjoy the sun, peace and space.

Grimaud 179 is situated on Kustpark Village Scaldia, a spacious holiday park on the coast of Zeeland. On walking distance of the park you will find a small beach. Ideal to relax or play in the sand with the (grand)children. Relax in peace and quiet with a beautiful view of the sea. Or go out by bike, along deserted polder roads or along the Westerschelde. Via Breskens along kilometres of beach to the nature reserve Het Zwin, situated on the border between Belgium and the Netherlands. Maison bien équipée, le chauffage s'est coupé ( eau chaude aussi) il a fallu relancer la chaudière. La salle de bains est trop petite et donc peu pratique par rapport au reste du logement. Sinon c'était très bien. Nous avons même profité un peu de la terrasse.

wir haben die zeit durchaus genossen & möchten dies als anregung hinterlassen: das haus entspricht der beschreibung, könnte aber ein wenig ‚frische‘ vertragen! der kontakt und die reaktionszeit war immer sehr freundlich und zeitnah! die anlage ist sehr familienfreundlich & die nähe zummeer ist wunderbar!

entspannter Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus hat großzügige Schlafzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Der Strand ist leicht zu erreichen, aber unsere Hunde konnten sich auch für den Garten und die schöne Außenanlage begeistern. Das (eigentlich alle) Außentüren klemmen wurde schon in anderen Rezessionen erwähnt. Das Bad ist etwas klein und eine WC eigentlich zu wenig für 8 Personen.Wir kamen dennoch gut zurecht und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen :)

Eine Renovierung hätte das Haus sehr nötig.

Toller gepflegter Park der direkt am Meer ist.Der Checkin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus war leider schon sehr abgewohnt und sollte dringend Renoviert werden.Kindersicher ist es auch nicht.Im Garten liegen Muscheln die sehr unangenehm für Hunde/Menschen sind.Alle Türen sind verzogen und nur mit Gewalt zu schließen. Unten war es im Flur sowie in den Kinderzimmern so kalt.Da die Türen und Fenster unten undicht waren. Die Küche war auch nicht für 8 Personen ausgestattet mussten uns sogar vom Park eine Salatschüssel und Spülschüssel leihen .Wir wissen das der Park mit der Einrichtungen des Hauses nichts zu tun hat.Dieses ist Eigentümern sache und da sollte dringende abhilfe geschaffen werden.Wir kommen gerne wieder in den Park aber nicht mehr in dieses Haus.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Aufteilung mit Schlafzimmern unten und Küche + Wohnzimmer oben hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Größe und Lage der Unterkunft sind top. Einziges Problem bei uns war, dass wir im Dezember da waren und leider zwei der vier Schlafzimmer, sowie die Eingangstür sehr schlecht isoliert sind, sodass die beiden Zimmer und der Flur sehr kalt waren. Wir würden in wärmeren Monaten gerne wieder kommen :)
