Nice places. Disappointed that the pool was unavailable due to upgrade as we chose a hotel based on having a pool. I understand upgrades are needed, but maybe could have notified at booking stage.

A caveat for my comments is that I have never stayed in a hotel in Hong Kong before, and have little to compare with. That said, the staff is excellent, courteous and responsive. The room and bed were comfortable. My only complaint is that there are no outlets in the bathroom and the hair dryer cord was not long enough to reach the plus outside of the bathroom door in order for me to use the mirror while drying my hair. The other issue is that there is only a mirror in the bathroom over the sink, and you cannot see yourself full length. If those are not your concerns, this hotel is great, in an area full of eating options (Seventh Son , on premises, was food for dim sum), and close to the MTR

Good value for money in an over priced area. Not a five star hotel and rooms are simple but clean. As someone who stays in Hong Kong quite frequently I thought this was good value for short stays when you’re largely out and about and in a lively part of the city. Didn’t use dining facilities but numerous and varied options nearby.

Very disappointing stay. Staff unfriendly/not very helpful. Pool was closed (one of the reasons I chose this hotel) Very disappointed with room which was just tired, dated and in dire need of decorating. Goodness knows how old the shower curtain and toilet in bathroom were! Wifi not even private and not reliable.

Booked run of the house and got a deluxe room! Very clean, housekeeping staff would ask if we wanted cleaned everyday which was so nice :) 3 lifts always available. Front desk staff very helpful. Safe and quiet rooms. Laundry service very quick and cheap! Loved it.
