Loved my stay here, facility’s were very good. My only complaint…. Bus stop out the front one way which is great, if coming from the other way can be a bit scary crossing the road at times. It is on mid level so need to be relatively fit for the thousands of stairs if you choose to walk…. Not far from the up escalator…. Just not one to go down.

Location was great, just a short walk from the escalators. Room and view were excellent. Laundry is walking distance. The cookies and flavoured water in the lobby were always nice to take advantage of.

This place used to offer a more standard 4 star accomodation. The hotel is very dated, and not worth the premium. I also find it a little insulting how they're cheap with things (e.g. charging guests for a photocopy of a page).

The view from the property is worth it!! We stayed on the 16th floor Grand Deluxe room and the view it had was worth the stay. The property is not located near any MTR station, but the hotels complimentary shuttle service makes it convenient. Overall the stay was good

I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was very nice. The staff are very friendly with excellent customer service. The hotel is okay, bed is a little hard, some room can be stuffy but the staff gave me an air purifier and moved me to a better room. I will definitely come back if there is a chance. Very close to the mid central escalators so walking commuting is very nice. And bus stop right in front of the hotel for those looking to use their compass cars to the max.

Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is up in mid level area of town, there are not many restaurants close by. However you can take a public transportation right in front of the hotel into town which is a plus.

Great: awesome views of HK onto wanchai gap and beyond, depending on which floor you are on and not facing Robinson road. Incredibly thoughtfully located power points with USBs, very intl friendly! No beating this location, bus to Admiralty which is the nerve center to trains/ buses anywhere in HK and to China. Not so great: property has aged and looks very tired. Rooms have that unaired smell,that doewnfeel great after disembarking from a long flight. Unpleasant: my room was opposite the elevator, apart from loud tourists, cleaning staff was extremely loud too.

The hotel is a little dated, however perfectly adequate for the price. The rooms were smaller than a comparibly priced hotel in the same area, however the pool was in better condition and proximinty ot the esculators was a bonus.

Disappointing Welcome

While the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, especially with the cab driver who would only take cash (lending me money), they also would not print me off a map leading to the telecom shop when I asked for it. They said there were many around, and I got lost and walked around for hours. Also, the room I booked was sold, and they said I needed to upgrade (and charged me for this upgrade) I was tired and waved it through, but being that it was a mistake on behalf of their business I do not feel like I should have been punished for it. Likewise, the room (for whatever reason) was/is on a floor only accessible by the service elevator and not the main elevators. Weird? Generally the welcoming process, although awkward when you dont share language, could still be improved for a place that claims to be an 'international' hotel.
