The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. The room and bathroom were bright, spacious and comfortable. The pillows are too soft though they called them firm pillows. They gave out new sleepers everyday. The elevators were fast and big. A couple families could bring in their luggage, and there's still room for other guests to get into the elevators. There're 4 different sets of breakfast for guests to choose from. They change their breakfast menu on every Monday. They didn't charge for storing your luggage as long as you had made another room reservation after you returned from your trip. They have self-served laundry washer and dryer.

This hotel is in a convenient area of Causeway bay. The staff are helpful and friendly. When we checked in, we found our room to be unclean and we were immediately switched to a clean room. The two twin bed room was quite small for two people plus luggage. The breakfast was a choice of several set menus plus coffee or tea and juice. We did not pay extra for breakfast which was nice, but it was not to our liking.

Great location and friendly staff.

This hotel is in a convenient location. Our room was small. Two slightly annoying things…the wifi was spotty and often in the middle of using it we would lose service and have to log back on. Second, there was only one outlet for charging a phone on the night table between two beds. The breakfast included was a choice of 4 set options with a glass of orange juice and tea or coffee.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous, especially Holly, Calvin and Wing who spent time to recommend donning options and handling luggage. The room was clean and the facility was located in a very convenient location that was close to transportation and dining. It was the second time that I stayed at this hotel and I would do it again in my next visit.
