Lovely location but let down by service level. Stay there every year, but this year there was a noticeable lack of attention by the staff. Few smiles, long waiting times to be served and an apparent lack of customer attention. Not as it used to be which is a great shame.

We really enjoyed the pools. We wish there was something like this in the US. Sweden is so wonderful. It’s so much more peaceful than here. If you haven’t tried Yasurgi, you have to visit!

The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. I especially appreciated the location; while it’s a little distance from Stockholm, that only adds to its charm.
