Front desk wasn’t very welcoming. She was busy doing paperwork and I had to wait for her to finish. She didn’t really seem to happy that day and I understand if your having a bad day but remember that families are on the road and tired and just want a nice greet and quick check in. She took way to long to check us in. My kids started to cry and she was in no hurry and no one was

Overall the room and entire hotel facility were excellent. The room is well designed, comfortable and quiet. Only minor odd item is that shower curtain is a few inches too short. Breakfast was good and there were enough tables to accommodate quite a few people. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
