Incredible, incredible front desk staff. Everyone was lovely to deal with and made me feel very welcome. My room was very nice, and seemed recently freshened. The bed was extremely comfortable; not too hard and not too soft.

We engaged with two different individuals, and they acted like they would rather be somewhere else. Breakfast buffet is good with a broad selection of things. Our beds were hard as a rock, and pillows way to soft. The gym has new Technogym machines. That's positive. We paid twice for our parking... Once in the hotel parking machine, and then again when leaving the parking area, as the areas are divided into areas. I asked about this at the reception, but they said nothing about that. So now I have to claim a refund... "
