The location is perfect—right on the waterfront and within walking distance to Salamanca Market, Constitution Dock, and many of the city’s top attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional .

We left tired and disappointed

I can't fault hotel reception, they were fantastic and always on the ball. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, but our bathroom wasn't cleaned properly before we arrived. The room was also incredibly noisy both nights with a police cars and a chopper flying low over the hotel and foreshore area for several hours and loud drunks in the hallway and lift area between 3:30 and 4:15 the following morning. I'd heard good things about the restaurants breakfast, but avoid it where you can. The service staff were polite but didnt seem to have a clue what they should be doing and the hot food was dry, tough and half cold. I was really disappointed with the poor quality of food from a restaurant I'd heard good things about.
