We liked how spacious our room was, it had a king bed & bathroom upstairs with tv. On main area a queen bed, bath, tv and kitchenette. The free breakfast had all we needed to eat so we enjoyed it. Staff was very welcoming and had that ask and will assist anyway I can attitude. Great stay, would stay again

The staff were kind. We had the family loft and it was nice and cozy. However, the phone was not working, no extra bed sheets for the sofa bed, the toilet flush is slow, no heated water in the upstairs shower, the refrigerator was extremy dirty, no bright light at all, the furnitures and the carpets are very dusty. I hope they improve the state of the rooms. When I brought up these issues to the front desk I was just told that “most of the family lofts don’t have working phones and the toilet flush are slow” which shows that this has been an issue for a while now. I know that the staff can only do much with accomodating and thank you to them for doing their best, they made our stay bearable despite the poor room conditions.

Hair in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, broken tiles and to top it off dirty pillow sheets. Another room was offered but that one too didn’t even seemed vacuumed. I would not stay here again especially at the price they are charging.
