the hotel was kept clean and maintenance seemed up to date, HOWEVER terrible service. the original price was 60 dollars but upon arrival we were given a new price of one hundred dollars having no other options we agreed to the new price and carried on with our day. night fell and me and my friend decided to go to sleep, awaken by a blaring alarm the phone was ringing we decided to ignore it as it was late and we had just been woken up however these calls persisted. it was the front desk asking us to get out of bed and come to the front desk to sign papers and fix THEIR own mistake we persuaded them into letting us wait until the morning. arriving at the front desk around 8 am we talked to the concierge who explained they had mixed our rooms up with another client and thus the prices we then expected to be compensated the proper money they agreed saying we would get our hundred dollars refunded then pay the due sixty dollars. however when looking at my bank account I realized they did not take back the hundred dollar payment. I then spent the better half of an hour proving that I had payed however the lady at the front desk was incredible stubborn and unwilling to give me back my one hundred dollars. in all it was quite a hassle and felt as thought they were trying to scam me out of my own money
